Omni Life Support Training & Consulting Inc. is a Moncton based, community-oriented business. At Omni, we provide emergency response training and testing including, but not limited to, the following:

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)

We are currently in search of like-minded individuals to join our team. We have an immediate need for a Part Time and Casual First Aid & CPR instructors in the Moncton area.
Because our instructors are valued and appreciated members of our team, you will be paid an above industry standard hourly rate and receive additional training and professional development.
As a First Aid Instructor, your role would include the facilitation of a variety of First Aid & CPR training programs.
Individuals will report to the Director of Operations or designate and is responsible for a number of specific tasks as outlined below.
Responsibilities:

Plans and prepares for each class ensuring that all equipment, paperwork and amenities are in place for a successful customer experience

Delivers curriculum as laid out by company and regulatory body standards

Cleans and prepares the facilities for the next training session

Greets, handles payments and registers customers for training sessions

Records inventory
The Ideal Candidate:

Certified as a Canadian Red Cross Instructor or is willing to be trained
-
Is comfortable in a teaching role

Has excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills
-
Has exceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Has a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail

Is able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds

Is able to take direction and if necessary, is able to lead and direct others
-
Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions
-
Bilingualism will be considered an asset

Field Preceptors:

As a preceptor, you will have a greater impact on a student’s effectiveness as a future Paramedic than anyone else the student works with during his/her education.
